Posted: September 12, 2008 President- Clint McDowell, P.E. The following nominations are on made: President-Elect-Josh Stutes, P.E. Vice-President-Shaun Simon, P.E. Treasurer-Luke Hebert, E.I. Secretary-Randel Badeaux, E.I. Final nominations will be opened at our Sept 30th luncheon where after we will vote if necessary and install the 2008-09 Acadiana Branch Board of Directors. The itinerary for the luncheon will be as follows: 11:45-12:00-sign-in 12:00-12:05-prayer and pledge of allegiance 12:05-12:10-final nominations and installation of officers 12:10-1:00-Presentation by DEQ about Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) 1:00-Q&A, Conclusion The meal will be buffet chef’s choice. Cost: $15 for members and $5 for students We will also be honoring the following 2007-08 ASCE-Acadiana Branch award recipients at the luncheon: Lifetime Achievement Award - Shirley Stutes, P.E. Outreach Award - Allison J.P. "Sonny" Launey, P.E. Outstanding Civil Engineer Award - Raymond J. Reaux, P.E. Outstanding Young Civil Engineer Award - Luke Hebert, E.I. Outstanding Young Government Civil Engineer Award - Joshua P. Stutes, P.E. |
